OziTutors tutor tutorials
Learn how to use the OziTutors tutor dashboard: classes, schedules, materials, learning reports, payments and account settings with step-by-step guides.
Your dashboard
Find your next class and the tools available to your account.
Sign in using the account linked to your lessons.
Review the dashboard and upcoming classes.
Check your profile and time zone before arranging lessons.
If information is missing, check that you are signed into the correct account. A feature can depend on your account access.
Join a live class
Use Classes to find your scheduled lessons and their current status.
Open Classes and locate the correct date and participant.
Check the lesson status and displayed time zone.
Use the Join action when it becomes available.
Allow microphone access and check audio before teaching or learning.
If Join is unavailable, check the scheduled time and booking status. For connection problems, check browser permissions and your network before rejoining the same class.
Schedule and time zones
Review lesson dates before making other commitments.
Open your schedule.
Select the relevant date and class.
Compare the displayed time zone with your profile and device settings.
Open the class details to confirm its latest status.
A calendar entry alone is not proof that a payment or change request has been approved.
Courses and course materials
Open a course you have access to and use its learning hub.
Open My Courses.
Choose the relevant course.
Review the sections and materials made available in its hub.
Use the class entry for a live lesson rather than assuming every material is a meeting link.
Course access and available materials depend on enrolment and publication. Contact support if an expected course is missing.
Recordings, notes and class content
Find materials associated with a particular lesson.
Locate the lesson in Classes.
Open its content or recording action when shown.
Check processing or publication status if content is not ready.
Return to the same lesson to review newly available material.
Not every class has a recording or published analysis. Processing is not completion; report a persistent error with the class reference.
Learner growth and AI class reports
Review available class insights alongside real lesson work.
Open Learner growth.
Choose the learner or lesson available to your account.
Read published insights and suggested follow-up work.
Discuss unclear feedback with the tutor and compare it with actual work.
AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect. Reports depend on processing and publication; a missing report does not mean no learning occurred.
Profile and account details
Keep the information used for your lessons up to date.
Open Profile.
Review the editable contact and learning or teaching details.
Check time zone and other settings shown on the page.
Save changes and confirm that the updated values appear.
Never send passwords, payment secrets or login codes to another user. Some identity or account changes may require support.
Messages
Use the account’s available conversations for lesson-related communication.
Open Messages if available for your account.
Choose the appropriate conversation.
Include the class date and a clear description of your question.
Check for a reply and use the formal booking controls for schedule changes.
A chat message does not itself cancel, reschedule or refund a booking.
Refer & earn
Review your referral information and the programme terms before sharing a link.
Open Refer & earn when enabled.
Read the eligibility and reward conditions displayed.
Copy your own referral link.
Review the status of referrals in the dashboard.
A referral is not automatically an approved reward or paid commission. Follow the current programme terms.
Resolve a problem
Collect the details needed to investigate a dashboard problem.
Check the correct account, class date and time zone.
Record the class or payment reference and the exact error.
Retry a read-only page after checking your connection.
Contact contact@ozitutors.com with the reference and a redacted screenshot.
Do not repeat a payment because a page is slow. First check the transaction status; never include card numbers, passwords or private student material in a screenshot.
Set teaching availability
Maintain the slots learners can use to arrange lessons.
Open My Availability.
Review the displayed time zone and existing slots.
Add or update times using the available controls.
Check the saved calendar for overlaps.
Changing availability does not automatically cancel an existing booking. Manage booked classes separately.
Students and learner summaries
Review learners connected to your teaching account.
Open Students.
Choose the relevant learner.
Review their available learning and class information.
Use the summary to plan follow-up work.
Only use information needed for teaching. A missing learner may require an account mapping check by support.
Invite a student
Use the product’s invitation flow to connect with a learner.
Open Invite student.
Read the required fields and invitation details.
Review the recipient carefully before sending.
Check the resulting invitation state.
Do not assume sending an invitation creates a paid booking or confirms enrolment.
Session management
Manage eligible teaching sessions from one place.
Open Session management when enabled.
Choose the appropriate booking, cancellation or review tool.
Review the affected learner and class before submitting.
Check the saved status in Classes and My Schedule.
Controls depend on feature access and class eligibility.
Book a session for a learner
Create a session for a learner already mapped to you.
Pick the mapped learner and subject.
Select the date, time and once or weekly pattern.
Use Preview to check conflicts and credits.
Review the notification choice and create the booking.
Past starts are blocked. Credits are reserved on creation; check the preview before confirming.
Reschedule a lesson
Change an eligible one-to-one class through its formal controls.
Open the class and choose Reschedule.
Set the new start or duration.
Check availability.
Save and verify the new time.
For a class already started, only extending length is supported. Course live classes are not rescheduled through this one-to-one flow.
Request a cancellation
Send a cancellation request for administrative review.
Choose the session and the appropriate series scope.
Explain the reason.
Confirm that you will still attend until approval, then submit.
Track the request and respond if more information is needed.
Submitting does not cancel the class. It remains scheduled until approved; credits are not automatically refunded.
Class review
Review teaching-session records using the available review tools.
Open Class review.
Locate the relevant session.
Inspect the recorded information and available actions.
Confirm any correction through the provided workflow.
Do not infer attendance or payout completion solely from a scheduled time.
Assign tests and homework
Prepare practice for learners from the tutor cockpit.
Open Assign test/homework.
Choose the appropriate learner and available content.
Review the assignment settings.
Confirm assignment and later review available attempts.
Check the learner mapping and exam before assigning work.
Earnings and payout status
Review recorded teaching earnings and their statuses.
Open Earnings.
Choose the relevant period or record.
Review the amount and status shown.
Compare discrepancies with the class reference and contact support.
An estimated or pending amount is not proof of a completed bank transfer.
Raise invoices
Review eligible class entries before submitting an invoice.
Open Invoices.
Select or enter the eligible class details using the form.
Review dates, duration and amounts in the preview.
Submit and check the resulting status.
Do not submit the same teaching time twice. An invoice submission is not payout approval.
Payout payment details
Maintain the payment information used for tutor payouts.
Open Payment details.
Review the required account fields.
Enter accurate details through the designated form.
Save and check any verification status.
Keep bank information private. Updating details does not immediately release pending payouts.
Teaching analytics
Review the metrics available for your teaching account.
Open Analytics.
Check the selected date range.
Read the metric labels before comparing values.
Use underlying class records to investigate unexpected totals.
Metrics with different periods or statuses should not be compared as if they describe the same activity.
Learner reviews
Read feedback available on your tutor account.
Open Reviews.
Read feedback in its lesson context.
Use constructive comments to improve future lessons.
Report concerns through support rather than sharing learner details publicly.
Only visible, authorized reviews should be used as public testimonials.
Learning progress
Review recorded practice activity and learning trends.
Open Learning progress.
Check the learner, examination and reporting period shown.
Read the available results and identify areas to discuss with the tutor.
Use the relevant practice or lesson work to plan the next step.
Reports depend on recorded activity and account access. Missing data is not a zero score; compare equivalent periods.
Parent report
Review the learning information available in the parent report.
Open Parent report.
Check the learner, examination and reporting period shown.
Read the available results and identify areas to discuss with the tutor.
Use the relevant practice or lesson work to plan the next step.
Reports depend on recorded activity and account access. Missing data is not a zero score; compare equivalent periods.
PYQ Analysis
Review previous-year-question practice within your selected exam.
Open PYQ Analysis.
Choose the examination or subject if prompted.
Review the available attempts and topic results.
Return to relevant practice and review incorrect answers.
Analysis depends on recorded attempts. Confirm the exam and date range before interpreting performance.
