OziTutors student tutorials
Learn how to use the OziTutors student dashboard: classes, schedules, materials, learning reports, payments and account settings with step-by-step guides.
Your dashboard
Find your next class and the tools available to your account.
Sign in using the account linked to your lessons.
Review the dashboard and upcoming classes.
Check your profile and time zone before arranging lessons.
If information is missing, check that you are signed into the correct account. A feature can depend on your account access.
Join a live class
Use Classes to find your scheduled lessons and their current status.
Open Classes and locate the correct date and participant.
Check the lesson status and displayed time zone.
Use the Join action when it becomes available.
Allow microphone access and check audio before teaching or learning.
If Join is unavailable, check the scheduled time and booking status. For connection problems, check browser permissions and your network before rejoining the same class.
Schedule and time zones
Review lesson dates before making other commitments.
Open your schedule.
Select the relevant date and class.
Compare the displayed time zone with your profile and device settings.
Open the class details to confirm its latest status.
A calendar entry alone is not proof that a payment or change request has been approved.
Courses and course materials
Open a course you have access to and use its learning hub.
Open My Courses.
Choose the relevant course.
Review the sections and materials made available in its hub.
Use the class entry for a live lesson rather than assuming every material is a meeting link.
Course access and available materials depend on enrolment and publication. Contact support if an expected course is missing.
Recordings, notes and class content
Find materials associated with a particular lesson.
Locate the lesson in Classes.
Open its content or recording action when shown.
Check processing or publication status if content is not ready.
Return to the same lesson to review newly available material.
Not every class has a recording or published analysis. Processing is not completion; report a persistent error with the class reference.
Learner growth and AI class reports
Review available class insights alongside real lesson work.
Open Learner growth.
Choose the learner or lesson available to your account.
Read published insights and suggested follow-up work.
Discuss unclear feedback with the tutor and compare it with actual work.
AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect. Reports depend on processing and publication; a missing report does not mean no learning occurred.
Profile and account details
Keep the information used for your lessons up to date.
Open Profile.
Review the editable contact and learning or teaching details.
Check time zone and other settings shown on the page.
Save changes and confirm that the updated values appear.
Never send passwords, payment secrets or login codes to another user. Some identity or account changes may require support.
Messages
Use the account’s available conversations for lesson-related communication.
Open Messages if available for your account.
Choose the appropriate conversation.
Include the class date and a clear description of your question.
Check for a reply and use the formal booking controls for schedule changes.
A chat message does not itself cancel, reschedule or refund a booking.
Refer & earn
Review your referral information and the programme terms before sharing a link.
Open Refer & earn when enabled.
Read the eligibility and reward conditions displayed.
Copy your own referral link.
Review the status of referrals in the dashboard.
A referral is not automatically an approved reward or paid commission. Follow the current programme terms.
Resolve a problem
Collect the details needed to investigate a dashboard problem.
Check the correct account, class date and time zone.
Record the class or payment reference and the exact error.
Retry a read-only page after checking your connection.
Contact contact@ozitutors.com with the reference and a redacted screenshot.
Do not repeat a payment because a page is slow. First check the transaction status; never include card numbers, passwords or private student material in a screenshot.
Find your tutors
Review the tutors associated with your learning.
Open My Tutors.
Choose the relevant tutor.
Review the information and available lesson actions.
Confirm subject, schedule and price before completing a new booking.
Displayed profiles do not guarantee a particular time slot. Use the current booking information.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Check the available action and current policy for the specific class.
Open the affected class.
Review any available change or cancellation action and its conditions.
Submit the required information if the action is available.
Check the resulting status before treating the schedule as changed.
If no action is available, contact support with the class reference. A request is not an approved cancellation, and refunds are not automatic.
Quiz & Practice
Practise questions within the examination and subject available to your account.
Open Quiz & Practice.
Choose the relevant exam, subject and topic.
Attempt the questions yourself.
Review explanations and return to questions you found difficult.
Available exams and question sets depend on your selected learning path and access.
Tutor assignments
Find practice assigned by your tutor.
Open Tutor Assignment.
Choose an available assignment.
Read its instructions and any deadline.
Complete the attempt and check its submitted or completed status.
An empty list may mean no work has been assigned to this account. Ask your tutor before creating a duplicate submission.
Custom tests
Build practice around the options offered in the test builder.
Open Custom Test.
Choose the available exam and topic settings.
Review the test configuration before starting.
Finish the attempt and review the resulting analysis.
Question availability and test options vary by curriculum. Do not assume all exams use the same scoring rules.
IIT shift papers
Use available examination shift papers for structured practice.
Open IIT Shift paper.
Select an available paper.
Read the instructions and timing information.
Review your attempt after completion.
Use the exam and year displayed in the product; a practice paper is not a prediction of a future exam.
Recharge and credits
Review the payable amount and credit terms before paying.
Open Recharge.
Review the selected option, currency and total.
Complete payment through the provided payment flow.
Check the resulting balance and payment status before trying again.
A pending transaction is not a confirmed failure. Contact support before retrying a payment that may already have been charged.
Invoices and payment history
Keep records of payments and credits.
Open Invoices.
Find the relevant record by date or reference.
Review the amount and status.
Use any available download action and report discrepancies with the reference.
An invoice, a credit balance and a refund are different records. Confirm each status in the relevant screen.
Payment details
Review payment information available to your account.
Open Payment details.
Review the fields and records provided.
Update only information the page permits.
Confirm saved changes before leaving.
Never enter bank or card information in a message. Use the designated secure payment form.
Learning progress
Review recorded practice activity and learning trends.
Open Learning progress.
Check the learner, examination and reporting period shown.
Read the available results and identify areas to discuss with the tutor.
Use the relevant practice or lesson work to plan the next step.
Reports depend on recorded activity and account access. Missing data is not a zero score; compare equivalent periods.
Parent report
Review the learning information available in the parent report.
Open Parent report.
Check the learner, examination and reporting period shown.
Read the available results and identify areas to discuss with the tutor.
Use the relevant practice or lesson work to plan the next step.
Reports depend on recorded activity and account access. Missing data is not a zero score; compare equivalent periods.
PYQ Analysis
Review previous-year-question practice within your selected exam.
Open PYQ Analysis.
Choose the examination or subject if prompted.
Review the available attempts and topic results.
Return to relevant practice and review incorrect answers.
Analysis depends on recorded attempts. Confirm the exam and date range before interpreting performance.
